The main menu button-bar of the Book A Flight system

Welcome to the Online Documentation for the Book-a-Flight System. The core menu options in are listed below, while (to the right of each menu option) are listed the types of users who can access each page - if you do not see one or more of these menu options on your copy of the Book A Flight system please contact your administrator to have the necessary permissions setup for your user account.


Online Documentation

Booking Sheet Ibookingsheet.png The main booking sheet. Click this menu option to return from any other page to the grid view of the booking sheet.
Red Tag System Iredtag.png Each pilot must complete the Red / Green tag process before they are able to authorise any flight.
My Bookings Imybookings.png Display my future bookings and the flights / bookings I have participated in in the past.

Lists MLists.png Manage various lists used by the system. Lists include Booking types, Instruction types, Instruction payment types, Membership types, License types, Flight types, Cancellation reasons and Training phases.
Security Groups MSecurityGroups.png Used to control which user are able to perform which activities within the system.
Invoice Items MInvoiceItems.png The types of things that can be invoiced. Covers aircraft rates for different members, instruction rates for different types of instruction, and other items (e.g. landing fees) that can be added to an invoice.
Reports MReports.png The standard reports available in the Book A Flight system.
Siteconfig MSiteconfig.png The core system configuration settings. This contains all site-specific settings for your particular instance of the system.
Pastel Integration Pastel Integration How to transfer invoices to Pastel and how to transfer account balances from pastel back to each pilot.
