The main menu button-bar of the Book A Flight system

Welcome to the Online Documentation for the Book-a-Flight System. The core menu options in are listed below, while (to the right of each menu option) are listed the types of users who can access each page - if you do not see one or more of these menu options on your copy of the Book A Flight system please contact your administrator to have the necessary permissions setup for your user account.

Online Documentation

Booking Sheet	Visitors, Members, Administrators	The main booking sheet. Click this menu option to return from any other page to the grid view of the booking sheet.
Red Tag System	Members, Administrators	Each pilot must complete the Red / Green tag process before they are able to authorise any flight.
My Bookings	Members, Administrators	Display my future bookings and the flights / bookings I have participated in in the past.
Members	Administrators	List all members and access / edit a members details and uploaded documentation
Rooms	Administrators	Add / edit rooms (e.g. briefing rooms) and other facilities (e.g. Exam stations)
Aircraft Types	Administrators	Access and edit aircraft types including Mass and Balance details for each type.

Audit Trail	Administrators
