Students and/or Members
The system can hold any number of students or club members. Temporary members are not able to update their own details, while
permenant members may update their contact details.
The membership record holds personal details (demographics, title, name, ID number, contact numbers, email addresses etc),
club/school details (membership type: temporary, permenant, instructor etc., security information), and licensing details
(type of license, validity, medical etc.). A member can be associated with a certain type of aircraft such that the members are
prevented from making any bookings for aircraft that they are not authorised to fly.
The system retains a full audit trail of updates to the members records.
Access contol for various aspects of the system are also controlled from the membership management screens. In this way, a member
can be granted or denied permission to certain of the functionalities of the system.
