Pricing and Accounts Integration
The system allows for various pricing models for clubs and schools. Different types of flights (for example introductory flights)
can be priced differently. Instructor payment can be made directly by the student, or form part of the standard school fee.
Administrative staff at the school or club can, from time to time, review all of the flights that have taken place and review
and necessary details, before marking a set of bookings for export to an accounts package. The bookings so marked are then
exported and routed as an email attachment to the accounts department. These bookings can then be imported automatically into
an accounting package such as Pastal Accounts.
